With our standard delivery service, if we’ve got it in stock*, we’ll
deliver your new tools and consumables within the next two working days
from when the order is placed, Monday to Friday (geographical restrictions may

REPAIR PICK-UP AND RETURN
Hilti tools are built to last but in the unlikely
event that a breakdown occurs, we will take care of it quickly and
professionally.

§ If your tool is under the 2 year no cost
period, we will strive to repair your tool within a week (door-to-door).
§ If you purchased your tool more than 2 years ago, we will send you a quotation within 2 days. Once approved, we will strive to get it repaired within a week (upon availability of all spare parts)
